Sandra Day O’Connor Building - Lynn’s Restaurant reopens December 1^st, 2008

Chef John touts that his American Diner Style menu will rock the downtown area. Featuring only the highest quality of ingredients, Chef John utilizes his years of experience as a Caterer and Concessionaire to bring great comfort food to down town!

In addition to Lynn’s, a Chef du’ Jour, LLC Experience, Chef John will open Caffeine Craze, a Chef du’ Jour, LLC Experience, which is a coffee kiosk in the lobby of the building. Open daily from 7a.m. to 2p.m., Chef du’ Jour’s Caffeine Craze will feature Espresso Drinks, latte’s, cappuccino, mocha’s, tea drinks, chai and more, including Fresh Bagels, Pastries and Juice. Featuring full bodied coffee and premium espresso with high quality syrups and sauces as ad-ins to traditional and not so traditional coffee bar drinks.

Together with his wife, Jeannette Corey, Chef John has big plans for Lynn’s, a Chef du’ Jour, LLC experience and Chef du’ Jour’s Caffeine Craze, to and including in the future, Digital Menu Boards, Digital Made-to-Order Kiosks that will allow guests to actually order their Grill and Cold Sandwich items by kiosk, pay for them and then proceed to get the remainder of their lunch while waiting for hot, fresh off the grill foods.

Chef John has won several awards for his culinary arts practices including, the 2006 Home on the Range Contest, Kaiser Bakeware Recipe Contests, John Morrell Meats Kretszmar Sizzling Summer Sandwich Contest and a Semi-Finalist in the Simply Manischewitz 2008 Cook Off. As a hobby, Chef John enjoys creating new and exciting, simple recipes that bring out the full flavors of food and remind his guests and clients of child hood and great family memories!
